  1. Jayson Chardonnay 2020: Delight in the enchanting aroma of ripe pineapple, Buddha’s Hand, and brioche that bursts forth from this Chardonnay. Experience a vibrant palate filled with flavors of lemon curd, mango, and guava, all wrapped in a supple mouthfeel and accompanied by a refreshing acidity. Savor the subtle hint of butterscotch that lingers on the finish.
  2. Domaine de la Solitude 2020: A delightful blend of Grenache noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Counoise, Terret, Muscardin, and Vaccarèse grapes creates this alluring wine. With a 94/100 rating from Jed Dunnuck, the 2020 Châteauneuf Du Pape showcases the vintage’s elegance and purity, offering rich depth of fruit. Notes of black cherry, savory garrigue, spice, and earth come together in perfect harmony for a medium to full-bodied, pure, balanced, and seamless wine that will only improve with time.
  3. Damilano Barolo 2017: Feast your eyes on the ruby red hue with orange reflections and immerse yourself in the intricate bouquet of rose, leather, tobacco, violet, and tar. The palate is generous and enveloping, culminating in a soft, persistent, and lengthy finish. James Suckling awards this wine 94 points, describing it as a juicy red with hints of dried strawberry, orange peel, cedar, and spice. While approachable now, the flavors will further evolve and enhance by 2024.
  4. Caves San Joao Poco do Lobo Cabernet 1994: The Costa family’s decision to share their aged vintages between 1959 and 2000 brings forth this exceptional Cabernet. Once characterized by a vegetal nature, pronounced tannins, and high acidity, this wine has matured gracefully over the years, transforming into a wine with profound finesse and unparalleled complexity.
  5. Jean-Luc Joillot Rose: Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from Pommard, this Crémant employs the traditional Champagne-making method. With a minimum of 18 months aging on the lees, it provides a true rosé Champagne experience. The wine features precise bubbles and a creamy red-fruit mousse, offering delightful strawberry flavors that are both clean and refreshing. A remarkable value, this sparkling wine is sure to please the crowd.
